Welcome to the SPC. Russell E. Madden Memorial Fund Website.

On June 23, 2010, Russell was killed in action while serving in Afghanistan. The Memorial Fund was created to continue this soldier’s legacy within our community and the Northern Kentucky area. The Memorial Fund is NOW a 501c3 designated organization.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

The purpose of the SPC. Russell E. Madden Memorial Fund is as follows: To provide community-based funding through donations to civic organizations, youth-oriented programs, and school-based educational scholarships. To educate adolescent youth about the importance of their freedoms and the costs of those freedoms paid through the selfless sacrifice of our United States military personnel. To create and enduring remembrance of our family hero who was killed in Afghanistan.
